Special Needs Transportation Services

Unique Limousine recognizes that different people have different needs, and we are here to accommodate your specific needs, whatever they may be. Please help us to help you. We have several vehicles that are wheelchair accessible. The chauffeurs who drive our wheelchair accessible vehicles have had special training to make your transition from home to vehicle as smooth as possible. Please let us know of any special accommodations that we can help you with. We are happy to do whatever we can.

For our clients who are independent, but may need an arm to help steady you, or some visual guidance, please let us know when you make your reservations. Many of our chauffeurs have had additional experience in working with clients that may need “an arm”, or an “extra hand”. For those who utilize service animals, of course we welcome them along too. Not only do we recognize the law, we’re also animal lovers.

For clients traveling with small children, federal law requires car seats/boosters. If your child needs a car seat or booster in your car, then our most precious clients need that same amount of safety and protection in our vehicles, and we will not turn a wheel until they are safely buckled in. We ask that parents install your own car seat in our vehicle, as the parents are the professionals when it comes to car seats. We will be happy to store the car seat at our office while you are away, at no charge, if you would like us to. Please let us know.

For our clients traveling with pets, we do require that all pets be crated. Though many pets can safely travel in your personal vehicle with great success, our insurance company requires that all personal pets be crated for liability reasons. The crates ensure the safety of the chauffeur and your pet. The chauffeur’s primary responsibility is to transport you and your family safely, and even if a friendly pet sneaks up and gives “kisses” to an unsuspecting chauffeur, that has the potential to take the chauffeur’s attention away from their driving, even for a split second, and that’s all it takes for an incident to occur. We thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe, including your four legged family members.
